We provide thorough planning and ongoing support throughout the entirety of a contract, to ensure that our service continues to be as effective as possible for the Trust.

Our support services include:

  • Site planning service, which identifies an optimal location and helps Estates teams prepare for delivery of the unit
  • Pre-deployment planning with the Trust to ensure smooth-running of the service from day one
  • Full training and induction for staff using the mobile unit
  • Comprehensive management support package throughout the contract, including:
    • On-demand support from a dedicated account manager
    • Ongoing analysis and detailed reporting
    • Monthly update meetings
    • Specialist engineers on hand should any technical problems arise
    • Immediate strategic and tactical review of any problem (situation analysis)
